Leg 1 - DFW to ICN (Seoul)  AA Business Class.

And we’re off again!!  It’s not every day one turns 55, but today Bill does, so we’re celebrating with a trip around the world!  We have some AA points to use, and we had some Singapore points about to expire (from a lost trip due to some snag in 2020…hmmm), and we wanted to try a particular level of service ne’er before tried.  So, we connected some dots and poof!  We have a trip!  (All credit to Theresa who might suggest there was a bit more work than “poof”.)  This is much more about the journey than the destination, but there are a couple of destinations hopefully worth the journey.

Curiously, our odyssey began in an Odyssey (by Honda, courtesy of Uber).  We arrived at the airport as early as we could to get settled into the Flagship Lounge for a little breakfast, and alas, a bit of work for Theresa.  Some curious food, good drinks, and a beautiful view of the AA hangars (3 & 4, if you care).

The first leg is to Incheon (Seoul) Korea, a mere 6840 miles.  A 10AM departure isn’t superb, but we’re here and ready to go!!
