| This doesn't quite show the roughness, but it was a little rocky. |
Ahh, a day full of nothing!!
We headed to breakfast at the restaurant just 30 minutes before they
closed. During breakfast Bill was
mesmerized by the crashing waves and wake as we sped through the sea swells. With the ship rocking softly back and forth
and side to side, some of the white capped waves were over the window (but
perhaps because we tipped toward the sea).
In any case, it was cool to watch.
But Theresa was enjoying it far less and preferred not to look as it
made her woozy and nauseous. We finished
just in time for the morning trivia, then Bill wrote the blog for the previous
day. Poof! It was lunch time.

| Weird Pizza! |
We went to the Italian restaurant which
serves fancy special (weird) pizzas. It
was…fancy…and special…and weird. But, we
have to try new things, so…
(TG Edit: It was also REALLY good wood-fired pizza)
Then it was time to take a nap!! We got up in time to head to the afternoon
trivia, and stopped to listen to (and join) the Christmas Caroling, then it was
time to get ready for dinner!

| "Weather is subject to Change?" Really?? Wow. |
 |
| Sure, it's pretty, but weather is subject to change! :-) |
 |
| Carolers with fake snow. |
 |
| I can bearly tell you what's going on here!! ;-) |

| Christmas Eve dinner. |
Our dinner reservation was in the Steakhouse, but as Theresa
noted, we will be there three times, so we don’t have to have everything the
first night!
So, we paced ourselves:
Scallops and Crab cakes, then French Onion soup
(with blue cheese) and Lobster Bisque, and Filet Mignon and Lobster tail,
finally Apple/Rhubarb cobbler (with ice cream) and a Cheese Cake with Crème Brulé.
Phew!!
We can’t keep up that pace!

| Creme Brule Cheese Cake? |
After dinner, we made it to the evening trivia (with drinks,
of course)!
There was a game show to
follow, but we decided to call it an early night, and grabbed a night cap on
the way back to the room.
