D?--What day is it? (6)

At some point things start to blur.  I know, I know…no sympathy from anyone reading this.  This morning was mostly relaxing and enjoyable.  We did a music trivia, and enjoyed it.  In the afternoon, our team held the #2 slot, but now tied with 4 other teams, and our “nemesis” held first place.  But today’s topic (“Science and Nature” but more of a “Astronomy” quiz) was NOT pretty.  We can hope it was not pretty for several.  Tomorrow is “Caribbean” (focusing on food and culture) so we sat there as a group while Theresa read off AI quizzes and we practiced.

Normally a four of a kind in nines is NOT likely 
to result in a Euchre...but sometimes...

We later found a table and played some cards (two-person Euchre).  It was nice, especially for Bill who won.  I think Theresa also appreciated seeing her husband winning, though I doubt she knows it…so let’s keep that between just us!

Dinner was at a Teppanyaki restaurant.  The food was VERY good, though a little too much.  The show was nice too, but rather LOUD as all four tables started at the same time.  But we enjoyed it.

After dinner, we went to a "Game Show" where they put up a question, and you had 60 seconds to come up with the top ten answers.  Questions ranged from Favorite Pizza Toppings, to largest country by area, to greatest wine producing countries, and so forth.  After 11 questions, we had gotten 60 points (correct answers).  We then stopped at a bar and had a night cap before heading to bed for our shortened (set hour back) night!
