| Sunrise over the mountains of Yemen. |
So, this is the mid-way point of our at-sea days. We caught a beautiful sunrise over Yemen, and then went back to bed. So we ended up missing the Physicist’s talk on the Big Bang. But, we had an enjoyable, relaxing day with some nice napping and a presentation on the history leading up to World War I. The lecture began with the Battle of Waterloo in 1812, and ended (Part I) at about 1905. When a story about an event starts with a 45 minute prologue that still doesn’t get to the event…ah, that’s a “Bill Story!!”

| Wow! No friendly ports!! Let's not have an emergency here! Ethiopia (with no ports) is the unlabeled nation to the West. |

Our Trivia Team in our room for champagne and canapes. Bill, Theresa, Alan, Sue, Lorraine, and Allan. |
Our trivia team (which we met on the first day of the cruise) had not seen a Sky Suite yet (which, if you’ve seen our picture, really is just a larger room), so we invited them over for canapes this evening, and sat around, drinking the free bottle of champagne we were given on day 1 of the cruise and eating some spring rolls and hummus. It was nice visiting with them.
This evening, the Michael’s Club had a Ship’s Officer’s
Reception, which was enjoyable, then we went to see a Juggler/Comedian act this
evening.
